Description:

Records and Information Management has deep roots in paper-based practices, and as a result, many professionals have had limited exposure to emerging technologies. As AI tools become increasingly common across organizations, RIM and Information Governance professionals are uniquely positioned to use AI in meaningful, responsible, and practical ways.

This session focuses on real-world, hands-on uses of AI that RIM and IG professionals can apply immediately—no technical background required. We will explore how generative AI can support everyday tasks such as training development, research, project planning, content creation, and even basic automation. Attendees will walk away with concrete examples, practical prompts, and ideas they can adapt to their own organizations.
