Trenton Winters, Information Manager at Olsson, will share how the firm has evolved its approach to managing project records across a growing and geographically dispersed engineering workforce. Olsson is a nationally recognized engineering and design firm established in Lincoln in 1956. Trenton will highlight key strategies Olsson has used to improve consistency, efficiency, and legal preparedness through standardization and structured governance. His presentation offers insight into how Olsson balances practical file management with regulatory compliance and evolving technology, with lessons relevant to engineering firms and other project-based organizations.

Bio: Tyler Cruthers is a Lincoln, Nebraska native. He is a graduate of Lincoln East High School. As Facilities Operations Coordinator for the city’s Water Resource Recovery Facilities, he helps lead innovative wastewater-to-energy projects that convert methane from the treatment process into renewable fuel. Passionate about environmental stewardship, Tyler takes pride in turning community waste into a resource that benefits both the city and the planet. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and cooking for his family, blending his love for nature with his commitment to creating a healthy, vibrant home.
