Douglas is a cyber security professional with 30 years of information technology, information, risk management, and audit experience. Douglas has held senior consulting or senior executive leadership positions at AT&T, Sirius Computer Solutions, First Commerce Bancshare, Ameritas and was a member of the Board of Directors at MWI Direct.

Douglas has built cyber security programs at diverse industries including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and financial services. Douglas has served on and been a trusted advisor to boards and was a contributing author to the International Information System Security Certification Consortium courseware book as a subject matter expert in the Business Continuity Planning and Telecommunications Security domains.

Douglas holds CISSP and CCSP certifications from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, CISA from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has previously held a PCI QSA from the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council and CCNA and CCSP from Cisco Systems.
